No more HP in my office. i was an all HP based office unitl last month, just garbage... 2 of my personal laptops were in the shop getting new motherboards. One came back and went back out becuase the network card wasnt working and they replaced the motherboard again. I have since then bought 3 thinkpads and am slowing selling (giving away) my HP's. After some conversation, a late registration, and a battery of troubleshooting questions, with a very polite man, with questionable but servicable, english skills, they are shipping me a box to ship it to them, and will repair the unit, and send it back FREE of charge, even though I am out of my warrantee period! If there are issues that are not related to the 'recall' they will call and we will discuss it.
