Hello, i have an HP ZD7000 Laptop which i need to erase and restore the hard drive on it, anybody out there had to go through this ? what are the steps to restore my lap top to factory condetion. If you could share that with me i would apruciate it thanks.
here just like to say that you have helped with the site and thanks do have a to ask can the video ram be upgraded in the zd 7000? the laptop is a friends and it was notworking at all and because of you page it is now a working fast laptop thanks

when i turn it off and try to turn it back on thr light turns on for about 3 to 5 seconds and goes off again
